Overview
In 2018, Act-On commissioned a survey of marketers relating to preparations related to GDPR compliance. The GDPR (or General Data Protection Regulation ) proposed by the European Commission was established to strengthen and unify data protection for individuals within the European Union (EU), whilst addressing the export of personal data outside the EU.
